I bought a car from Richmond Car and I couldn't be happier about the service. The car had a small issue and they helped me to sort it, booking a repair service without additional costs. Also all the people have been very friendly and helpful both by phone and while I was in their office.

The chap I met and got the keys from was super helpful, polite and friendly. Top man. I was there a matter of 15mins and on my way home with my new car, which is by far worth more than what I paid! Not a scratch on it and drives like a dream!

Trevor was very helpful, sorted me out with just a couple of calls and did all the running around for me. Made a call Thursday to purchase a vehicle and the car was ready for Collection on Saturday, paperwork done! They even opened on Sunday so I could collect it (since I was at golf if Saturday) and dropped in £30 diesel before handing it over. Lots of nice cars for sale, will definitely be returning in the summer for a convertible (toy) Thanks so much

Absolutely no hard sell and they don't just churn cars like some fly by night showrooms they service the cars themselves and give it 12 months mot and put 2 new tyres on it which were only advisories. Also get 6 months warranty and breakdown cover. Can't fault the service or the car would highly recommend. Thank you

We just want to thank Richmond Car Sales for going above and beyond. From the moment I called to get some information on the Ford Galaxy, I was greeted by a polite, professional and customer centered team. I ask as many questions as I needed and explained we were in a difficult situation. We were going to have to travel around 2 hours to see the car, but I was 37 weeks+ pregnant. I was guided to pay a deposit (I was initially dubious- you hear the horror stories of not getting the money back, but it was a few hundred pounds on a credit card) and then was informed I could have the money back under distant seller regulations if the car was unsuitable. However if it was, it meant we could drive it away that day. As planned we drove up the following week and as expected the car was lovely. There was a no pressure approach and we were able to test drive it locally and were left to do so alone. We agreed the sale and was assisted in setting up tax etc. Here's where their 5*s come into their own. On route home, the long journey was going well until we were nearing the end of the motorway section of the journey when I was in the 4th lane and the car suddenly stopped working. I managed to get across to the 1st lane where I broke down. Terrified as this was a live line with no hard shoulder (I was 38 weeks pregnant by this stage) my husband who was traveling behind in his vehicle came in behind to offer some protection from the oncoming traffic. I called a local garage as I wasn't thinking straight to call the breakdown that Richmond Cars had provided and paid to get it towed to them. They checked the car and found a number of faults. I called to explain the situation and was greeted by genuine empathy. Richmond Cars knew our situation and we needed the car to bring our baby daughter out of hospital when the time came. So it was agreed that the mechanic and would communicate with them. Between the garage, dealer and warranty company they got the car fixed (this was not a small amount) however as promised the work was completed free of charge to ourselves and we were able to use it to bring our daughter home. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and would highly recommend them. You don't really know how good a company are till you need to test their customer service and support, we really did and they passed with flying colours, so thank you!!!
